What is LAD Fitness?
LAD Fitness (Learn, Apply, Develop) est. in 2000 are unique exercise classes for kids 6 yrs. & up that incorporates a variety of exercises, vigorous play, circuit training, games, nutritional counseling, goal setting and much more! I teach kids to set realistic fitness goals at their fitness level.
Many kids do achieve their personal fitness goals! I have a 32% re-enrollment from kids who have loved my program and want to continue their quest for fitness.
The child obesity stats are disheartening and kids have put up with teasing and other cruel behavior from classmates. With over 14yrs. experience working with both kids and adults, I have a deep commitment and a true calling to effect a positive and lasting change in the young lives of these kids! I want to impact and reduce childhood obesity and keep kids fit and healthy!
